A life long resident of the Twin Cities, Scott practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on creditors’ remedies. He is an original shareholder of the firm. He maintains an extensive client base ranging from family-owned businesses to publicly held companies while acting as Minnesota counsel to numerous national commercial collection agencies.
An evident and active participant in the Commercial Law League of America, Scott addresses the League’s objectives of elevating standards and improving the practice of commercial law.
Scott was a member of the St. Louis Park High School 880 Relay team that set a new state record at the Minnesota Track and Field Championships in his younger days.
Scott enjoys spending time with his family and walking the Minneapolis lakes.
