Marvin has extensive experience and expertise in representing clients in all aspects of real estate law, including negotiating, documenting, and closing complex financing, acquisition, development, leasing, and sale transactions. His clients include owners, developers, purchasers, borrowers, lenders, property managers, landlords and tenants of commercial properties, strip malls, shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, senior housing and assisted living facilities, condominiums, cooperatives, and residential developments.

Marvin has an in-depth knowledge of the property tax system and has successfully represented hundreds of clients in reducing their property taxes.

Marvin is particularly skilled in helping his clients find positive solutions by exploring all aspects of an issue and tailoring goals and outcomes through constructive, principled negotiations. He is a frequent continuing legal education instructor and has spoken nationwide on real estate issues.

Marvin is also a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars lecturing on various aspects of real estate law. Marvin is a Real Property Law Specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association and has been a Minnesota Super Lawyer for the past 20 years.

When relaxing, Marvin can be found on the golf course or biking several lengths behind his wife, Judie.
