Paul is a shareholder with extensive experience advising clients on tax and organizational issues relating to the formation, consolidation, and operation of business entities of all sizes. Paul has also managed the firm since 1987.

Paul is a frequent speaker on business and individual tax and estate planning issues. He is also involved in a number of professional and community organizations.

Away from work, you can find him in the vineyard at his winery in Stillwater, Minnesota..
