DAVID K. NIGHTINGALE

David has many years of jury trial experience in civil litigation and complex commercial litigation. In addition to his advocacy work, he has served as an arbitrator in large commercial and intellectual property disputes before the American Arbitration Association.

David’s many hobbies and interests include Welsh rugby, running and beer. In addition, as an undergraduate he booked and promoted the Rolling Stones for a gig at university.
