SCOTT A. LIFSON
A life long resident of the Twin Cities, Scott practices in the area of commercial litigation with an emphasis on creditors’ remedies. He is an original shareholder of the firm and maintains an extensive client base ranging from family-owned businesses to publicly held companies while acting as Minnesota counsel to numerous national commercial collection agencies.
A highly visible and active participant in the Commercial Law League of America, Scott is involved in addressing the League’s objectives of elevating standards and improving the practice of commercial law.
In his younger days, Scott was a member of the St. Louis Park High School 880 Relay team that set a new state record at the 1970 Minnesota Track and Field Championships. Scott enjoys spending time with his family and walking the Minneapolis lakes.
