MARK E. GREENE
Mark has over 29 years experience in real estate law involving both transactional work and litigation. He has built a strong, loyal client base of local and regional banks, title insurance agencies, title insurance underwriters, real estate developers, builders, contractors, small businesses and individuals. His dedication and advocacy have earned him the respect of his clients and colleagues alike.
Mark serves as an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law where he teaches an advocacy/trial skills course. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor in Legal Studies Department at Hamline University where he taught a construction law course. Previously, Mark acted as an Arbitrator/Mediator for the Hennepin County District Courts.
When not practicing law, you may catch Mark cruising by on his Harley as a lifetime member of the Street Legal M.C. Mark’s dream at retirement is to play drums on a cruise ship.
